Q: Who have you worked with previously?
A: We have worked with several local architects, including Michael J. Smith & Associates and RGP in Barnstaple, S.J. Berry in South Molton, to name a few.

Q: What building challenges have you met in the past?
A: Projects continue to provide fresh challenges. In the past we have met the challenge of:

  • Converting a redundant corn mill into a three storey dwelling, retaining many of the original features.
  • Converting a redundant petrol filling station into a thriving Wholefoods shop and Arts & Crafts gallery.
  • Converting a disused chicken rearing shed into a contemporary photographic studio

Q: How large is your workforce?
A: We have nine full time employees.

Q: What types of specialist contractor are you able to supply?
A: Carpentry & joinery, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical, Structural Steelwork, Structural Engineer, PVCu installations (windows, doors, etc)

Q: What sort of professional indemnity and assurance so you provide?
A: We are members of the F.M.B. and the F.M.B. Masterbond warranty scheme, and are also registered for the Trustmark Scheme through the F.M.B.

We have Public Liability insurance cover for 5 million pounds and Employers Liability for 10 million pounds.

We have worked to CDM regulations, and both Alan and Gary have the C.I.T.B. Site Managers Health and Safety Certificate.
